Mountaintops Interactive Map

The Interactive Map both shows the location of key points on the map, and doubles as a collectible checker.

1. Click an icon on the right side to show all the pins of a specific type, or click the magnifying glass button to search for a specific pin by name.
2. Click a pin on the map to see its name and description, and a relevant picture or video if available.
3. From here, click Mark as Acquired to indicate that you've gotten a collectible already. This will change its icon on the map to show that it has been collected, and add 1 to that pin type's Counter.
4. To undo this, click on the same pin and click Restore to unclaimed.
5. To check how many pins you have marked so far, check the Counter in the bottom left, and click the icon that looks like a checklist to see counters for all pin types.
6. If the collected pins start to get in the way, you can hide them all by clicking the green Show Pins button on the left side.

Icon	How to Use
	Show Names This button reveals the Name of every icon currently shown.
	Show Pins This button will toggle between showing and hiding all the pins which you have already marked as acquired.
	Fullscreen This button will change the map display to fill the screen.
	Search Mode Toggle This button will display a searchbar which you can use to search for an individual pin by its name.
	Icon Mode Toggle In Search Mode, this button will toggle you back to Icon Mode, removing the search bar and displaying the icons again.
	All Pins This button is shown along with the Icons on the right when there are over 6 types of pins. Click it for a full selection of all available pin types.
	Counter Tracks the number of pins you have of a certain type. The pin type shown is set to the page and currently cannot be changed; however, all pin type counters can be viewed by clicking the checklist icon on the right side.
	View All Counters This icon is found on the right side of the Counter. When a map has more than one pin type, click this icon to see Counters for all pin types.
	Zoom In / Zoom Out This icon is found on the top left side of the map. You can press these buttons, or use your scroll wheel while hovering, to Zoom In and Out of the interactive map.

How to Get to the Mountaintops of the Giants

Speak to Melina After Defeating Morgott, the Omen King

To enter Mountaintops of the Giants, you must obtain the Rold Medallion from Melina after defeating Morgott, the Omen King in Leyndell, Royal Capital.

To get to the Grand Lift of Rold, head down to Leyndell's main street from the East Capital Rampart Site of Grace.

All Mountaintops of the Giants Map Fragment Locations

West Mountaintops of the Giants

Move eastward along the Forbidden Lands till you reach the Grand Lift of Rold. Be careful, as visibility is low and there is a Black Blade Kindred boss in front of the Lift. It's better to use Torrent and ride all the way towards the end of this area.

Use the Rold Medallion on the Lift and you will be taken to the West Mountaintops of the Giants. Move forward a bit into the area and you will find the map fragment along the path.

How to Unlock the Map and All Map Fragment Locations

East Mountaintops of the Giants

To reach the map fragment, you must head to the topmost part of West Mountaintops of the Giants and circle back down to the east. Head down south and find a way up the mountain while moving past the enemy barricades of Guardians' Garrison. Cross a giant chain bridge and you will find the map fragment beside a Site of Grace at the other end.

Consecrated Snowfield

To get to this region of the map, you must find both parts of the Haligtree Secret Medallion and use it in the Grand Lift of Rold. Make it past the Hidden Path to the Haligtree and out into the Consecrated Snowfield. Follow the glowstones to make your way through the snowstorm. The map fragment will be on a monument across a river.

This map fragment also reveals the location of Miquella's Haligtree, a Legacy Dungeon that houses powerful enemies, and Malenia, Blade of Miquella.

Teardrop Scarabs are scurrying little creatures that carry rare and useful items and skills. Crimson and Cerulean Scarabs restore either your HP or FP. Make sure to defeat them before they run away and disappear!

Mountaintops of the Giants Sacred Tears and Golden Seeds

Sacred Tears increase the potency of your Flasks, while Golden Seeds increase your Flask's number of uses. These are two very useful bolstering items that will help keep you alive longer.

East of Capital Outskirts

From the Capital Outskirts, follow the road east until you find the glowing sapling that contains the Golden Seed.

South of Freezing Lake

You can find a Golden Seed in the area filled with giants south of the Freezing Lake.

Giants' Mountaintop Catacombs

An Ulcerated Tree Spirit mini-boss will drop a Golden Seed if you kill it. This mini-boss can be found in Giants' Mountaintop Catacombs

Miquella's Haligtree

An Ulcerated Tree Spirit mini-boss will drop a Golden Seed if you kill it. This mini-boss can be found west of the Drainage Channel Site of Grace in Miquella's Haligtree.

North of Consecrated Snowfield Site of Grace

A Golden Seed can be found under an Erdtree sprout north of the Consecrated Snowfield Site of Grace.

North of Fire Giant Boss Area

A Golden Seed can be found under an Erdtree sprout north of the Fire Giant boss area.

The Sacred Tear can be found below the large sculpture inside the Church of Repose.
